Ever had a friend, work mate, or relative dirty mac you and leave you hanging, say one thing and do the opposite, or say hurtful things about you that come back to sting you at the worst time. Well... if you simply give them Grace and let the whole thing go, there is no issue, no hurt, God gives us this wonderful gift of being able to do just that, and that is only possible by Him giving US Grace First.. He unconditionally loves us as we should show that love to others. This post has been on my mind for some time now... Hey ya'll this is for you, if you think I am mad or disappointed in you realize that hurt affects your daily life, don't worry about it because I have given it all to God. I feel that this is a attribute of Christianity that is lacking in many Christian peoples lives that could immediately set us free from our own bondage of our inability to forgive anybody. Grace!

BIO-MECHANICAL TATTOO BY AARON CAIN ON DAVE KNOX CIRCA 1991
My old friend Trent Gould hipped me to that Aarron Cain was doing a guest spot at Guy Aitchison's new shop in Chicago. I was able to contact him through Guy's shop and set a appointment. I had Met Arron at a convention in Pittsburgh at the Hilton in 1990 and he was working in California with Marcus Pacchio at that time. After looking at his portfolio I suggested he do a bio-mechanical tat on my chest on one side or the other but Aarron suggested we do it large on center I took a deep breath and said ok. This tattoo was done on the floor Japanese style with a Mickey Sharps dial machine the same machine for lining and shading. This was even before Aarron was building tattoo machines I think. I now regret that I did not stay and watch Willie Wonka with you guys, thanks for asking, I often wondered how it went, what a special trip to pass on... I remember Showing Tony from Roy Boy's my new tat at the Badlands and that's about it. I am pretty sure I did not drive back to Indiana.

ALIEN TATTOO BY GUY AITCHISON CIRCA 1990 ON DAVE KNOX
I remember meeting Guy at Crazy Ace's tattoo Expo in Richmond 1989. I was blown away by his crazy clean colors in his tattoo work. He was in his mid twenties and had only been tattooing only a couple years and was working for Bob Olson at that time. A year later I got this killer alien tat at his upstairs shop on Broadway in Chicago. Guy knocked out this tat in 3 hours or less including the wash transitions into other tattooed areas. He used a original Pearcy Waters machine to do the rough outline then used a Dennis Dwyer Nail
to blast in the heavier lines. To Shade and color he used a Dwyer Machine with a stacked magnum. This tattoo was quickly in a issue of Skin Art Magazine and still amazes people how bright this tattoo is for being twenty five years old. Next post.. Aaron Cain Chestpiece on Dave Knox!
